### What is the difference between GOTS and OCS?

GOTS covers the whole textile chain, including chemical inputs and social criteria, for products with at least 70% organic fibre. OCS verifies only the organic fibre content through the supply chain. Both use a transaction certificate for each shipment.

### Buckwheat or kapok: which filling should I choose?

Buckwheat hulls give a firm, shapeable seat and suit zafu cushions; kapok is lighter and softer. Buckwheat must be cleaned and heat-treated, and some markets ask for plant-health paperwork.

### How long does a meditation cushion order take?

Typically 40–45 days after the sample is approved, plus 2–3 weeks for sampling. Allow extra time before Diwali, when many units run at full capacity.
