We introduce you to a buyer only for a specific enquiry that matches your capabilities, and share only what that enquiry needs. ### Which companies can apply? Manufacturers and processors with their own production in India, China and Vietnam, and in other countries for selected categories. Workshops, artisan groups and trading companies that name their factories are welcome too. ### How long does it take? The application takes about 15 minutes. The self-audit that follows takes about 30 to 45 minutes, and you can save each section and come back to it with the same link. ### Will I see my self-audit score? No. A SourceSquid principal reviews your answers and documents and tells you the outcome by email, including any points to clarify before an on-site audit. ### What does SourceSquid Verified mean? It means SourceSquid has audited your site in person and confirmed what you told us in the self-audit. It cannot be bought: it is earned through the audit, and only invited suppliers are audited. ### Can I apply in Hindi or Chinese? Yes. The application form is available in Hindi and Simplified Chinese. The self-audit that follows is in English and uses simple choices and numbers. ### What documents should I have ready? Your business registration, current certificates (for example ISO 9001, amfori BSCI or SMETA, GOTS, FSC), a company brochure or catalogue, recent test reports and photos of the shop floor, quality lab and warehouse. You can add up to 10 files of 25 MB each. ### How is my data protected? Applications are stored privately, visible only to the SourceSquid team, and kept for 24 months after your last update unless you work with us.
