PPWR applies from 12 August 2026. Further obligations, such as recyclability and recycled-content targets, phase in over the following years. Suppliers of packaging and packaged products need conformity documentation and material data.
What changed for CBAM in 2026?
The CBAM definitive period began on 1 January 2026. Importers of covered goods above the 50-tonne annual threshold need authorised declarant status, and the first annual declaration for 2026 imports is due by 30 September 2027.
When does the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) apply?
After the latest postponement, EUDR applies to large and medium operators from 30 December 2026 and to micro and small operators from 30 June 2027. Covered commodities include cattle (leather), cocoa, coffee, oil palm, rubber, soya and wood.
What is UFLPA and does it affect my products?
The Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act presumes goods made wholly or partly in Xinjiang, or by listed entities, are made with forced labour. US importers need traceability to raw-material origin, especially for cotton, polysilicon, aluminium, PVC and seafood.
Can you collect Scope 3 data from my suppliers?
Yes. We collect activity and emissions data from suppliers during production and deliver it in a disclosure-ready format for CSRD and other reporting.
