How is this different from hiring a sourcing manager?

You get a senior lead with 15 years of sourcing, vendor development and quality experience, backed by our teams in Bengaluru and Ningbo. Audits, inspections and supplier visits happen through the same person, without a full-time salary or a recruitment search.

How much of your time do we get?

Up to 6 days a month, planned around your supplier reviews, visits and decisions. Audits, inspections and sample checks run through our teams in Bengaluru and Ningbo on top of that time.

How is the monthly fee set?

We agree the scope in the first call: how many suppliers, which categories and which meetings. The fee is fixed for that scope, starts from USD 3,500 per month for up to 6 days a month and is reviewed with you every quarter.

Will you work with our existing suppliers?

Yes. We start with the suppliers you have, measure how they perform and improve what works. New suppliers are added only where the numbers or the risk call for it.
