Do I need new tooling?
Sometimes. Many clients transfer existing moulds or dies; others build a second set so both lanes run in parallel. We compare the cost and timing of each option in the teardown.
Will I pay more in India than in China?
It depends on the part. India is often competitive on labour-intensive and metal-intensive products, and duty differences can change the landed cost. We compare landed cost, not just factory price.
