By card on a secure payment page in USD, straight after you book. Companies that need a purchase order can choose "Request an invoice instead" and pay by international bank transfer.
When is my booking confirmed?
Within one working day. For inspections and audits we confirm the inspector and the date with the factory, and tell you straight away if the date needs to move.
What if my factory is outside the main clusters?
Choose "Other city" and send the booking. Travel outside the main clusters is confirmed with you before you pay, and we send the payment link within one working day.
Do the prices include taxes?
Prices exclude local taxes. The total you see is calculated from our published prices and is the amount you pay for the service. Courier costs for the sample hub are billed at cost.
What if the factory is not ready on the day?
Tell us as soon as you know and we reschedule. If the inspector arrives and the goods are not ready, we record the status with photos so you have evidence for the factory.
